Addressing Support for AMQP Non-JMS APIs

AMQP topic support is well-defined for AMQP JMS APIs and relies upon the JMS protocol field x-opt-jms-dest to distinguish between topics and queues. For non-JMS APIs, Solace PubSub+ has established a syntactic convention, described in this section, for specifying the destination when publishing messages and identifying the source when consuming them.
