This section describes panel views, connections and LEDs, and technical specifications for Solace PubSub+ 3230s.

The two recessed buttons located to the right of the LEDs provide the mechanisms for manually resetting the appliance.
- The () On/Standby button can be used to toggle appliance power on or off.
- The RST button can be used to immediately reset and reboot the appliance without the cooperation of any software or operating system on the appliance.
These buttons can be activated with a paper clip.
Do not use the On/Standby button or the RST button unless necessary. Both the On/Standby and RST buttons cause a disruption to service because they restart the appliance.
3230 Rear Panel View
All connections for a Solace PubSub+ 3230 are located at the rear of the device chassis.
The figure below shows the rear panel view of the Solace PubSub+ 3230 with chassis CHS-3230AC-02, with a 4-port NAB and optional ADB and HBA installed.
