Configuration management is the responsibility of the customer. For resiliency, configuration is automatically mirrored to the HA mate, in a separate availability zone. If you need to rebuild an event broker service for any reason, the common approach is to create a new service and then re-apply the configurations from the original service using SEMPv2 and the Cloud REST APIs.
