Discovering Agents in PubSub+ Cloud

On the Agents page in the PubSub+ Cloud Console, you can find new Agents to create or find pre-existing Agents to manage.

The discovery feature in the Agents console helps you to: 

Before you start using the discovery feature, ensure that you are logged in, you are on the Agents page from the PubSub+ Cloud Console, and you have selected the environment containing the Agent you want to open. For more information about environments, see Creating and Managing Environments.

Searching for an Agent Type to Create

You can perform the following steps to search for the Agent types that are available in your account:

  1. On the navigation bar, select Agents .

  2. If your organization uses multiple environments, Agents in the selected environment are visible. You can change the currently selected environment to update the list of Agents by clicking the environment label in the top-left corner, and selecting a different environment. For more information, see Selecting Environments.

  3. Click Create Agent.

  4. To search or filter for a specific Agent Type, perform one of the following steps:

    • Type the name of the Agent in the search box. The tiles shown are filtered based on what you enter.

    • Click Filter and select values from the Model Provider, State, and Created By lists, and then click Filter again to apply the filters.

  5. Click a tile to start creating an Agent.

Searching for an Existing Agent to Manage

To search for a specific Agent that is already created on the Agents page, you can:

  • Browse the list of Agents manually and sort the results using the up and down arrows next to the Name or State columns to help you find a specific Agent.

  • If your organization uses multiple environments, only the Agents in the selected environment are visible. You can change the currently selected environment to update the list of Agents by clicking the environment label in the top-left corner, and selecting a different environment. For more information, see Selecting Environments.

  • Type the name of the Agent in the search box to filter the list of Agents.

  • Click Filter , then select values from the Model Provider, State, and Created By lists, and then click Filter again to apply the filters.
