Solace 3560 Installation
This section describes how to install and power up a Solace 3560 in a four-post 19 in. (482.6 mm) wide rack or cabinet that meets the specifications and guidelines indicated in Rack Requirements.
Only allow trained and qualified service personnel to install Solace 3560s.
Ensure that you thoroughly read and understand the information and safety guidelines contained in Preparing Your Site before you begin.
Tool and Equipment Requirements
The following tools and equipment are required when installing a Solace 3560:
- Standard protective equipment such as eye protection, work gloves, and protective footwear
- Observation of proper ESD handling techniques and use of personal grounding devices when working on shelves, cables connected to blades, and blades
- Phillips No. 2 screwdriver
